Chinese authorities are planning to lift the mass quarantine on the central province of Hubei, as part of the nationwide effort to revitalize an economy brought to a near standstill by the coronavirus pandemic. Huanggang, one of the hardest-hit cities in the province, is lifting outbound travel restrictions from Wednesday after over two months of lockdown. CGTN's Wang Kailin is in the city to bring us more.
