Some media outlets Thursday reported that a batch of China-supplied fast testing kits for the novel coronavirus had high error rates. Yao Fei, charge d'affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Spain, responded to the situation regarding the source of the test kits in a video interview with China Media Group (CMG) anchor Bai Yansong on Friday. Yao said that the embassy will not allow any foreign media to smear the image of China and Chinese products at will.
