Faced with an expected surge in coronavirus cases, Riverside County – east of Los Angeles – has transformed a building inside its fairgrounds into a 125-bed field hospital to care for future patients. While electricity and air-conditioning have been set up and beds have been laid out, medical workers still need to be recruited.
