Most parts of China have welcomed the arrival of spring, but snow still covers Bayanbulak grassland in Hejing County, Bayingolin Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in northwest China. Wild swans who can withstand the cold are still lingering in the snowy wonderland, and have not left for migration.

White feathers against a white snow-covered field paints a tranquil, beautiful scene. The herds nearby coexist with the birds peacefully and quietly, creating a fairyland.
