A team of Chinese medical experts have arrived in Lao capital Vientiane with equipment. Laos has eight confirmed COVID-19 cases as of today. Lao Deputy Prime Minister Somdy Douangdy received the Chinese team, who arrived on a chartered flight at the Wattay International Airport. He expressed the country's gratitude for China's quick response just five days after Laos confirmed its first COVID-19 cases.
