An Air France plane from China, carrying 5.5 million medical masks, landed at Roissy airport in Paris, the day after the French government announced an order for equipment for dealing with COVID-19. The airline said earlier today that the plane departed from Shanghai.

The government announced the establishment of an air bridge with China to safely transport the medical supplies, which caregivers in France are sorely lacking. Other flights of this nature are expected in the coming days.
