The Indonesian Foreign Ministry on Monday announced the decision to ban all arrivals and transits by foreign nationals to prevent the further spread of COVID-19 as its capital Jakarta declared a state of emergency. Hand-washing stations and disinfectant-spraying booths have been installed across the city in most public places. However, experts claim the most vulnerable areas are still awaiting such facilities.
