Luca Puleo, president of ANPAS (National Association for Public Assistance) in Lombardy, Italy, mentioned that since the COVID-19 outbreak, he's noticed that first aid calls have increased by five to 10 times more than normal.

Federico Saini is a volunteer ambulance driver working in ANPAS in Milan. He describes his fears, anxieties and experience as he comes in contact with potential COVID-19 patients. Federico said he'd be lying if he didn't feel worried, anxious or fearful but the rescuers won't give up when confronted by their inner fears.
