China's 32,000 doctors, nurses and other medical workers who aided Hubei Province all have stories to tell. Zhang Xingchen, a medical worker from the city of Shenyang, became a father while he was serving at Leishenshan – a specialized hospital for COVID-19 patients – in Wuhan. He shed tears of joy when he met his baby boy during a video call with his wife. Zhang left Shenyang for Wuhan on February 20 at the peak of the epidemic, which was also his wife's last month of pregnancy. The baby was born on March 25, and Zhang's wife did not tell him because she didn't want to interrupt his work. On his last day of duty in Leishenshan Hospital, Zhang put his baby boy's name on his protective clothing.
