China held a national mourning event on Saturday morning to honor those who died in the fight against the deadly coronavirus.

CGTN reporters witnessed how Wuhan residents mourned their compatriots who died of the disease. National flags were flown at half-mast. All the traffic lights on the main road turned red, vehicles stopped and sounded their horns while all the pedestrians took off their hats and stood in silence for three minutes.
