A growing number of countries have suggested allowing the public to use medical and non-medical face masks to ensure protection from the COVID-19 pandemic. The World Health Organization (WHO) encourages to study the effectiveness of general public wearing masks, said the WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
