U.S. President Donald Trump has blamed the WHO for its handling of the outbreak. He said an announcement will be made next week about withholding funding to the global health body. 
But China's permanent representative to the United Nations Office at Geneva has said the WHO plays a vital role in coordinating international anti-pandemic efforts.
