China completed the construction of a field hospital in Suifenhe City to cope with the inflow of COVID-19 cases from neighboring Russia. As of April 10, new imported cases from Russia, include 22 confirmed cases, five suspected infections, and five asymptomatic.

The building has 13 floors, and each one has a public toilet. Each room has four beds, a heating system, and waterproof walls. A temporary garbage facility for medical waste was built outside the building.

Whether and when the hospital will open depends on the future inflow of infected patients in need of treatment.
