Uganda's 75-year-old President Yoweri Museveni on Thursday tried to boost morale after outdoor exercise was banned in the country, releasing a homemade video of him running laps barefoot in his office and doing 30 push-ups. Uganda has confirmed 53 cases of the novel coronavirus and no deaths at present.
