Swans are relishing the warmth in Sanjiang National Nature Reserve in Fuyuan City, northeastern China's Heilongjiang Province.

The nature reserve has been welcoming migratory birds since March.

Swan is a second-class protected animal in China. It has tedious needs when it comes to the living environment.

The birds love the reserve thanks to its large water bodies, lush vegetation and facilities such as manmade nests.

It also has the largest cranberry plantation in Asia.
