China's State Council appoints, removes officials

The State Council, China's cabinet, announced the appointment and removal of a number of officials on Wednesday.
Among the officials, the announcement said that Yang Jian is no longer the deputy director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
