The U.S. Navy said on Wednesday that a Russian Su-35 fighter jet put the crew of a P-8A surveillance aircraft at risk while performing a high-speed inverted maneuver in front of the U.S. aircraft during an "unsafe" intercept on Wednesday in international airspace over the Mediterranean Sea.
