China has criticized Britain for interfering in Hong Kong's affairs. The Office of the Commissioner of the Chinese Foreign Ministry in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region says Hong Kong police arrested unauthorized protesters according to law on Saturday, adding their gatherings in 2019 were not peaceful. It calls on British politicians not to set "double standards" on illegal activities.
