In early stages of the COVID-19 outbreak in Wuhan, due to the overwhelmed medical system and limited testing kits, some people passed away before they got a chance to be included as confirmed COVID-19 cases. But that didn't mean they were forgotten. After months-long thorough investigation, Wuhan revised the number of COVID-19 cases and fatalities, which further brought solace to the families of the deceased.
