Hong Kong police on Saturday arrested 14 people for their involvement in an illegal assembly last year. On the same day, the Legislative Council of HKSAR approved the allocation of 137.5 billion HK dollars to prop up businesses and aid residents struggling amid the COVID-19. The request was sent by Carrie Lam at last week's news briefing.
