Robert Jenrick, the UK's secretary of state for housing, communities and local government, said that a large consignment of personal protective equipment (PPE) for health workers would soon arrive in the UK from Turkey.
The news came after the government was criticized for updating guidelines to advise medical staff to reuse PPE amid a shortage in the country.
