Richard Quest, anchor of CNN International's "Quest Means Business" program, revealed on Monday that he has tested positive for COVID-19.

He made the announcement while on air, saying that he is "thankful and grateful" that he does not have "any of the horrific symptoms of the others," except "a nasty cough." He expressed gratitude to the technical staff, who have made him not sound "too much spluttering away."

The host added that he is fine, and will continue to work. "As long as I can, you and I will still get together at this time and have a good chat about the economic side of what's going on," talking about issues like "negative oil and the way the markets are going down…"

Richard Quest is not the first CNN anchor to contract the virus. Before him, Chris Cuomo and Brooke Baldwin also tested positive for the disease.

Cuomo continued to host his show "Cuomo Prime Time" from home, and Baldwin took a leave, and she has been updating about her situation through a record, called "How fighting coronavirus taught me about the gift of connection," published on CNN website's Health section.

In her articles Baldwin talks about the changes in her mood, health condition, ordeals she went through and suffered during the process of self-isolation, as well as sharing photos of her life at home.

She said that she is hopeful of returning to work around April 27.
