President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, inspected Nvwa Fenghuang Tea Industry Demonstration Park of Pingli County in northwest China's Shaanxi Province on April 21, 2020. He visited the tea plantation and talked with tea farmers, saying the prosperity of the tea industry is a way to eradicate poverty in the region and encouraging them to "keep improving" the tea sector.
