Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday inspected the city of Xi'an during a trip to northwest China's Shaanxi Province. Xi visited Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group, the largest manufacturer in northwest China. He stressed the essential role of state-owned enterprises production resumption, describing them as the "main-force."
