Explosion in Syria's Afrin kills at least 10: report

At least 10 people were killed after a bomb was detonated on an oil tanker in the northern Syrian city of Afrin, Turkey's state-run Anadolu news agency reported on Tuesday.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
