Two adult sloths from South America's Guyana arrived at Dalian Forest Zoo in northeast China.

Flash, the "fastest" sloth working at the Department of Mammal Vehicles in the movie "Zootopia," has made this creature well-known to many audiences.

Sloths are noted for having a very low metabolism, extremely slow movement and for spending most of their lives hanging upside down in the trees of the tropical rain forests of South and Central America. Their slow movement helps it avoid detection by predators that hunt by sight.
