Disposal of medical waste, especially from COVID-19 wards, is a vital task. One misstep could lead to infection. At the height of Wuhan's virus outbreak, overwhelmed hospitals turned to non-medical staff for help and so Chen Ling, a news editor, stepped up to the challenge.
