The official Korean Central News Agency reported that Kim Jong Un, the top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, made his first public appearance since speculation about his health began last month. He reportedly attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony at a factory in Sunchon, near the capital Pyongyang.
