In an interview with CGTN, Niger's ambassador to China thanked Beijing for its assistance to the West African nation. Ambassador Inoussa Moustapha also welcomed China's top annual political meetings, the Two Sessions, as a sign that China was returning to normal. The meetings are being held this month.
