Russia reports 11,231 new cases in 24 hours

Russia has reported 11,231 new COVID-19 infections, a record daily rise bringing the nationwide total to over 177,000. Eighty-eight more deaths have also been reported, bringing the total to over 1,600. Lucy Taylor tells us more from Moscow.
