The Beijing suburb blessed with human-nature harmony

In northern Beijing's Miyun District, far stretching mountains, large lakes and waterfalls have made the place a popular destination for people to escape from city life and get close to nature.

Apart from the natural landscape, enchanting views of historical relics, such as the Simatai Great Wall, adorn the mountain ridge and mix well among green forests, giving people another reason to visit.

There are also some sections of Great Wall that have yet to have the year of their construction to be identified in Miyun District.
