Bancha Panniwat, 51, is the chief and founder of the volunteer group Thais for Thais, which played a major role in preventing the COVID-19 crisis in Khlong San District in Bangkok, Thailand. Pannitwat and his group of boys took the initiative of buying chemical and spray machine out of Pannitwat's own savings and focus on the poor communities who were more vulnerable to the coronavirus. They spray disinfect, donate food, prepare hand sanitizers and set up booths to check on people's temperature, it's always summer in Thailand and it's even hotter in personal protective euipment (PPE), but Panniwat won't stop until the crisis is over.
