Apart from being accused of mishandling the crisis, the Trump administration is now also facing charges of hampering scientific research to tackle the coronavirus. Scientist Peter Daszak, who has worked with the Wuhan Institute of Virology for 15 years, has spoken out on CBS News following the U.S. government revoking his critical funding that was intended for finding a COVID-19 cure.
