UK follows EU, U.S. in approving new antibody tests over COVID-19

UK health officials have approved a test that determines if people have been infected with COVID-19 in the past. UK Transport Minister says the antibody test, developed by Roche pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, is a "very positive development."
