To commemorate international museum day on May 18, China's Palace Museum, also known as the Forbidden City, brings a live broadcast where the audience can experience the beauty of summer and see the richness of the traditional Chinese culture. 

The Palace Museum reopened on May 1 after it was closed on January 25 to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus. It adjusted the daily limit to 8,000 visitors from May 12.
