As COVID-19 continues to wreak havoc around the globe, Brazil is seeing an overwhelming spike as the country reported over 250,000 confirmed cases as of Tuesday, overtaking the UK to record the third-highest global infection level, according to the Johns Hopkins University data dashboard.

CGTN invites three veteran experts from Peking University People's Hospital, specialists in pulmonary and critical care medicine, infectious diseases, and intensive care medicine, to exchange treatment experience with Brazilian peers. Dr. Cao Zhaolong from Peking University People's Hospital shared his experience of recovery therapy for the novel coronavirus. He emphasized patients recovered from critical illness should be cautious when it comes to physical therapy to avoid sudden death.
