With the arrival of Xiaoman, one of the 24 Chinese solar terms, Chinese roses in Beijing welcome the peak blooming period. Big, showy blossoms appear vividly in flower beds and decorate the city with multiple bright colors as if they were welcoming delegates from all parts of China to attend the Two Sessions meetings.
