China is set to achieve zero poverty by the end of 2020. In the government work report he made to the third session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) Friday monrning in Beijing, Premier Li Keqiang said that the country will continue to make great efforts on efforts towards agriculture and poverty alleviation.
