The Chinese government has not set a specific target for economic growth this year, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang announced on Friday when delivering the government work report at the third plenary session of the 13th National People's Congress in Beijing. Li said the decision was made based on uncertainty in the world economic and trade environment due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
