Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, on Friday joined deputies of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in their panel discussions. He said that the CPC is rooted in people and always puts people and their lives first.
