The delayed annual meetings of China's top lawmakers and political advisers finally arrived. Known as the "Two Sessions," it is considered one of the biggest events on the Chinese political calendar, and allows China's legislature to review the government's work over the past year and hear its economic and social targets for the next. 

With social distancing measures in place, everything is a bit different this year: Reporters must stay in a safe zone and resort to phone and video interviews. How does this work and who makes it work. CGTN's Serena Dong finds it out.
