Education in southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region has greatly improved in recent years, and students there have access to online classes, said Kelsang Nadege, vice principal of the Wanquan Primary School in Tibet, when speaking to the press at the Deputies' Corridor on Monday during the ongoing third session of the 13th National People's Congress.
