A wild leopard was spotted dining on its prey by the roadside of Angu Village in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in China's Sichuan Province on May 22, 2020.
The big cat immediately hid in the bushes when it caught sight of humans and returned to its food.
It is extremely rare to see a wild leopard in the daytime.
Footage captured by infrared cameras in recent years have shown frequent visits of leopards to the area.
Leopard is under first-class national protection in China and was ranked as a vulnerable species by the Endangered Species of the World Conservation Union in 2008.
