Huge swarms of locusts have taken over farm land and residential areas in northern and northwestern India. The insects have surged across the states of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan in the past three days. They've been destroying crops and vegetables, and whatever they find in their way as they search for food.
