The specific details of the National Security Legislation for China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) have yet to be fleshed out, but there is already public outcry and international reaction against it. Is opposition to the new law justified or is it an overreaction? In an exclusive interview with CGTN, Carrie Lam, chief executive of HKSAR shared her views on this.
