People who don't condemn violence are no human rights icon

A democratic movement isn't and shouldn't involve subjecting a group of people to fear and threats of violence. Western media may have portrayed some protest leaders as icons or leaders of human rights. But the truth is, condoning or tolerating violence is not the act of any human rights supporter.
