The national security legislation will help the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) to sustain law and order, Paul Chan, Financial Secretary of the HKSAR told CGTN's Zhu Dan, adding that cancelling the city's special trade status will seriously undermine U.S. economy.
