Germany unveils 130 billion-euro stimulus package

Germany has unveiled a stimulus package worth 130-billion euros. Under the wide-ranging measures, value-added tax will be temporarily slashed, and families will receive 300 euros for each child. Buyers of electric cars will see a government rebate doubled to 6-thousand euros.
