China has reaffirmed its commitment to developing COVID-19 vaccines as a global public good when available. Minister of Science and Technology Wang Zhigang said on Sunday at a press conference on a newly released white paper "Fighting COVID-19: China in Action." He noted that vaccine safety has been a priority in research and development.
