With almost 200,000 confirmed cases (data from June 8), Peru has been hit hard by COVID-19, but in  times of crisis, there will always be people who rise up and help, no matter their gender, age and ethics.

Paulino Arrieta Gálvez, 84, has been making coffers with help from his grandchildren. He has devoted himself to the craft so he could help other people and relieve himself from the stress of fearing the coronavirus pandemic. His philosophy in life is simple: Everybody leaves one day, so why not make the best of it and be happy and fulfilled.
